Who we are
Empire Concierge VIP Transfer arranges private airport and city transfers in Istanbul. It is operated by Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which decides how your details are used (the data controller). What we collect
- The booking card. This website does not store what you enter. When you tap "Confirm on WhatsApp", your choices (pick-up, destination, hotel or address if you give one, date, time, flight number, passengers, luggage, vehicle class, any Arrive & Unwind surprises and note card text) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. They reach us only if you send that message.
- Reference code. When you tap a WhatsApp button, a short code (for example "Ref: AB12CD") is added to your message and stored with the advertising click details of your visit, if the link you used carried any (such as a campaign tag or ad click ID), so we know which of our adverts work. The code is kept in your browser for this visit only (session storage).
- Live tracking. On the day of your transfer you may receive a private link. While the trip is running, your driver's phone shares its location about every 15 seconds; the link shows the car's position, an estimated arrival time and the trip status. No phone numbers are stored in the tracking system. The link works only for your trip and stops working after it ends.
- WhatsApp. The messages you send us and our conversation with you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To arrange, confirm and run your transfer, to contact you about it and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests. We use your details because you asked us to arrange the transfer (performance of a contract, or steps before one), and to keep the records the law requires. Measuring which adverts work relies on our legitimate interest. We do not send marketing and we do not sell your details.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps the reference code described above in session storage for your visit.
Who receives it
- Your driver receives only what the transfer needs: the pick-up place and time, your flight number, the name for the name sign, the number of guests and the destination. Your driver never receives your phone number; messages go through our concierge line.
- For Arrive & Unwind, the hammam receives your first name, the number of guests, the expected arrival time and the surprises you chose. It never receives your phone number or e-mail address.
- Service providers that host this website and the tracking records and carry our messages (such as Cloudflare and WhatsApp), acting on our instructions or as independent controllers where they say so.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Other services this website uses
Fonts come from Google Fonts and the map library from cdnjs (Cloudflare); map tiles on the tracking page come from OpenStreetMap. Each receives your IP address as part of a normal web request.
Transfers abroad
Our company and some of our service providers are outside Turkey and outside the European Economic Area, so your details may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses or another safeguard the law allows (GDPR Chapter V, KVKK Article 9).
Payment
Nothing is paid on this website. We never ask for card details here.
How long we keep it
Transfer records, the driver positions recorded during a trip and related messages are kept for up to 3 years after your transfer for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Conversations that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their use, or to receive a copy, by writing to book@couplehamam.com. We answer within 30 days. These rights come from the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22) and, in Turkey, the KVKK (Article 11). You can also complain to your data protection authority, in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
