Who you book with
Empire Concierge VIP Transfer is operated by Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Transfers are carried out by transport partners selected by our operations team.
Prices
Business Van (Mercedes Vito): €23 one way or €45 round trip, per car and not per person, for airport transfers between Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) and hotels in the old city (Sultanahmet) or Taksim. The same price applies to the hammam for Arrive & Unwind, from the airport or from a hotel in Sultanahmet or Taksim. Prices include tolls, parking and waiting for a delayed flight. Premium Van (V-Class), Executive Sedan (S-Class), other routes (including airport to airport and hotels in other areas), hourly service, extra stops and helicopter flights are quoted on request. The final price is confirmed in writing before you travel.
Confirmation
Your transfer is confirmed when our concierge confirms it to you in writing on WhatsApp, with the car, the price and the meeting point.
Payment
Nothing is paid on this website. How and when you pay is stated in your confirmation.
Flights, waiting and meeting
We follow your flight, so your driver's timing moves with your actual landing time. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Each vehicle class lists its seats and suitcases. Tell us if your group or luggage is larger so we can send the right car. Child seats are available on request and are confirmed together with your car.
Changes and cancellations
Write to your concierge on WhatsApp to change or cancel. As nothing is paid on this website, there is nothing to refund here. Please tell us as early as you can.
Live tracking link
The tracking link is personal to your trip, shows an estimate that traffic may change, and stops working after the trip ends.
Arrive & Unwind and helicopter flights
Arrive & Unwind takes you from the airport straight to a private couple's hammam, timed to your landing; surprises are prepared before you arrive and priced with your booking. Helicopter transfers and Bosphorus flights are arranged on request with a helicopter operator and depend on weather, airspace permission and availability; passports are required for all passengers.
